Read About LCD display pixel anomalies for Apple products released in 2010 and later - Apple Support.

It is difficult to determine if that photo shows a pixel anomaly or some kind of internal or external contaminant. It does not appear to be a crack, but you should definitely contact Apple Support about it: Official Apple Support

Thank you for the photo.

Talking about this?

A. Softly Tap the Screen:

If so, what happens when you touch it? Any bump or indent? If so, then the screen has physical damages, and you must get a new screen.

B. Clean Off Residue:

Wipe you monitor off slowly with a microfibre cloth.

C. Using a Screen Protector?

If you are using a screen protection, then that may be like this appear, if it is on the screen protector, itself.
