What types of Wi-Fi network encryption does IOS detect as "insecure"? and "Weak secure"?
or what type of encryption to use to avoid these messages?

Probably anything less than WPA2-PSK-AES. The phone will show WPA2-PSK-TKIP as insecure.
The iPhone really wants to see a signal from the router that is providing WPA3 security.
