Wise app - my phone is not receiving the code via SMS or Whatsapp

Hi, anyone encountered difficulty on receiving SMS/ verification code specially when registering in Wise? How did you solve it?

I already followed instructions here but no luck!

No issue with my android phone, registration went smooth. Help! :(

Device: iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.6.1

You'll need to get with your phone carrier as sms is their feature or with wise support, none of those are Apple features.
