Bought App

I bought an app on the apple store and the money was deducted the moment I bought it. But now a week later n get a message that states that they deducted the same amount of money again. Please help how can I get my money back

Have you received 2 x invoice from Apple fro the same app?

If so, check the Apple ID on the invoice, the Order ID & the Document No.



If it is really the same app that has been billed twice, click on Report a problem on one of the two invoices.


Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

 

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

Check for sure the following Apple articles:

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

 

How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement
