Iit's common enough if you ever scratch up the paint when inserting cables.
The resolution from Apple will be likely be to repair by replacing the components that are scratched up, at YOUR expense.
a dab of sharpie marker will make it far less noticeable.

Not normal, but if you feel it's a material quality issue, have Apple examine it hands-on.
Warranty status, which you didn't mention, will play a part in Apple's ultimate suggested fix and who pays for it.
i can’t see material quality issue but i saw when i unplug usb c pen drive in that port while, it’s peeling little bit. now that is white color
I wouldn't even consider a repair of that.
