Incorrect AppleId on set up on Iphone 15 Pro

I was in the process of setting up my new iphone. I had gone through the steps of using my old phone to scan the little diagram on the new phone and it was to the step of asking me to log into my email to restore purchases. The email listed was incorrect. I skipped that prompt and it asked me to log into my appleid which was wrong as well and did not match the previous email. I skipped that and went through this process 5 more times, skipping each prompt. Each prompt had a different incorrect email or different incorrect appleid. Why is this happening?
