Apple Watch 10.0.1 Update - Lock workouts disappeared

Since updating to 10.0.1 my Watch doesn’t give me the option to Lock a workout, the option has disappeared! I love locking all my workouts as it’s too easy to knock off otherwise.

Anyone else experienced this also?

Apple watch auto pause function i have the option auto pause set for workouts. When i start a walking or cycling workout, everything works well, but when i manually activate pause, the workouts do not restart automatically when moving again, until you push the resume button, sometimes very frustrating if you take a longer pause. Can ‘t the apple watch detect automatically that you are moving again when in a workout session ? i also don ‘t think that auto pause works each time, but maybe i don t understand how it works 😀

Did apple remove the jumping rope workout type in apple watch? I can't find it any more? How could I create it? After the last update of my apple watch, jumping rope workout type has disappear from the available workout types. Does it have been deleted from apple-watch? And how can I bring it back? Any hint? Thanks
