Hi,
I have accidentally pressed 'learn spelling' when typing 'summarative' and now it won't be autocorrected. I searched this question in the apple community, and there isn't an edit>spelling option. How can I fix this?

You should be able to by control-clicking the word you mistakingly learnt the spelling for, then selecting 'Unlearn Spelling' as seen below.
