Trying to erase an old 8 Plus to give to a friend in need.
I changed the email on my Apple ID after stopping use of this phone, so the phone has my old email as its sign in. Even though I have the correct password, the email is incorrect and I cannot change the email.
How do I erase this phone, or change the email address?
