Apple Maill on iPhone 14 Pro / iOS 17.0.1

When I search in Apple Mail I get a list of results but when I want to click on one of the results / e-mails that were found, the screen is only white and the mail does not open (screenshot attached).

Does anyone have an idea how I can change that so I can open / read a mail directly from the search results in Apple Mail on my iPhone?
