imac don’t work

My magic mouse wont connect to my imac and i cant sign in to my imac

Hi, Calbisme6, yeah, that's gotta be frustrating as can be.... Bluetooth mice/mouse are known to be problematic/troublesome especially on startup or for troubleshooting....seeing as how you have a Magic Mouse, it should have come with a lightning to USB cable... plug that into your mouse and then into your iMac Pro (after you have shut it down and restarted it of course.... the lightning end goes into the Mouse, then the USB end goes into your iMac Pro.... Alternatively, acquire/buy a USB wired mouse, plug it in and use that in a pinch, for emergency/startup/troubleshooting...also make sure that the Magic mouse itself is turned on and that the built in battery is fully charged up....
