Safari keeps logging me out of all sites I’ve previously been signed into

Having a problem with Safari, since yesterday, I’m constantly logged out of any sites I’m signed into. For example, if I go to EBay or Twitter, it’ll act like I’m logged out, despite previously being signed in. The bad thing is even after I sign in, if I go back 5 minutes later, or go back to the site via another tab, I’m signed out again. It’s happening on my M2 12.9 iPad Pro with iPadOS 17.0.2. I found previous issues other users have had with Safari and tried their solutions and Im still experiencing problems
