I pushed something on my phone and now I cannot use it and it says sos

My phone says SOS and is saying I do not have cellular service after I pushed something on my phone

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16

Getting Out of SOS Mode:

SOS means that you do not have Cellular service at this very moment, but you do, however, have the option to make emergency calls. So, contact you Carrier to get your services back up and running.
