All apps are current, and our VDI functions (Zendesk, Citrix, Gladly) are managed by my company's Operations/MIS department and are up to date. All software companies have been notified about the issue, but they said it's an Apple IOS problem. Jabra (the headsets we use) has also been notified of the issue and has confirmed that their systems are all running fine and our software is up to date. Zendesk has verified an issue with your update and states that they are aware and advised us to contact you directly. This is an IOS issue specifically related to the Sonoma update. This needs to be addressed by Apple, and nobody is acknowledging the issue. I have reported this multiple times, but nobody at Apple ever responds. This problem is audio out - headset/outbound mics and external speaker - and causes delay, interference, crackle, or no sound out on video conferencing, phones, or using any app mentioned. I have checked daily for Sonoma 14 updates, but no patches or fixes have been issued. Please help! Thank you!
