Tranfer apple care
I planning to upgrade my I watch I want to know if I can transfer existing apple care to my new iwatch?

I suggest you Contact Apple Support.
I'm not sure it is possible. I believe the AppleCare plan stays with the device (which you may be able to transfer to a new owner):
