i got new airpods but havent gotten my free apple music

Doesn’t matter. If the Apple ID was associated with a free trial before they system is likely not to let you get another one. Sometimes it depends on the length of time since the last one. The Best Buy one still used the Apple System. What did the message say when you tried to get this one?

The offer says at the top and in the small print that it’s for New Subscribers. Best Buy sometimes has ones that say new or returning subscribers BUT when you try to redeem the Apple system may still not let you based on when you last had a trial.
