Can I use my data to backup on iPhone
My iPhone saying I should backup up my phone so can I use my data to backup because it telling me to backup with wi-fi

You cannot use cellular data to back up your iPhone (unless you have a 5G plan with a 5G capable iPhone).
Either use Wi-Fi or back up to a computer.
