I lost my iPhone but it’s not coming up on Find My app
i lost my phone but it’s not coming up on any find my iphones.
i also have the serial number if that’s needed.

If it's not findable in Find My, it means it's not either powered on or connected to a network. The sad reality is most lost phones are never found.
See this link and do all the things recommended, including to make sure you contact your carrier to have the phone blacklisted so no one can try to activate it, which assuming you had signed into Find My before the phone went missing, they really can't do. But better safe than sorry.
