"88% Battery Life: Hello, I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro late January 2022. I noticed that the battery drains easily lately, checked the battery life and saw 88%. My phone is 95% of the time on battery saver even prior to this observation. What do I do? It’s not up to 2 years of purchase yet and I am tired of having to charge every now and then."

Troubleshooting a Draining iPhone Battery:
Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when, the Battery Health decreased. Apple recommends you get a new battery, when the Battery Health reaches 80% or less. So, you are fine for now. But keep a good eye on it.
Troubleshooting iPhone Battery After iOS17 Update:
A. Downgrading the iOS:
Unfortunately, the iOS cannot be downgraded to a lower version. So, you only option, when it comes to restoring from an iPhone backup, is to restore from on that is of the same iOS version.
B. Report this to Apple...
Overeating iPhone and draining iPhone batteries are a well-known issues. Power is a big concern for iPhone series compatible with iOS 17. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?"
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
- Proceed from there as necessary
