Cannot empty the trash. One file maybe belongs to other users. Cannot delete it in the trash.

It says: "The operation can't be completed because the item "Application Support" is in use.

This empty file may belong to my other Mac user account which I no longer use any more.

Here are some screenshots. Please help me out with this, thank you!

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

That is not my whole MacBook haha. It is just a name that I gave it, as I could not delete it for a long time. There is nothing in it. Just an empty file. I just could not delete it from the trash. It may be from another Mac user that I created but I no longer use
