Watch 8 draining in less than 5 hrs

Ever since the last update at the end of October my watch battery will charge full then drain to near nothing in less than 5 hours. I have changed no settings and also put it in low power mode and it still continues to drain. Is there a fix or is this an update issue?

Try and Force ReStart your Apple Watch as indicated below:

Hold down the side button and Digital Crown at the same time. The Digital Crown is the rotating button located on the side of the device.
Keep holding these two buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.
