Ticketmaster App and website not loading on iphone 12Pro

I have iphone 12 PRO with iOS 17.1.1

Everything was working fine for past few years.

Last time I checked Ticketmaster was 2-3 months ago and it worked fine.

When I wanted to sign to Ticketmaster app yesterday, I get the page

auth.ticketmaster.com that does not load.

I tried to open ticketmaster.com on Safari and I have the same problem, website does not load.

All other apps and websites load fine. I just did factory reset on my iphone (and transfered backup from icloud) but it didn't help.

I don't have Ghostery or similar apps nor antivirus

I reinstalled that app few times yesterday , didn't help.

I tried the same app on my wife's iphone and it works with no problem. I can login into my account fine.

From what I read on forums , I'm not the only one that has problem with Ticketmaster App on iphone

I just had the same problem, not to mention panic and frustration trying to get into an event. Fortunately, someone had pity on me and just let me and my kid in after I was able to produce an e-mail receipt.

People had convinced me I just needed new phone, but I was skeptical. After another hour of erasing apps, reinstalling, changing privacy settings in my browser, etc., I noticed a pop up saying something about accessing the site in Safari, I found it odd because Safari is not my default browser, but I erased the history in Safari and allowed cookies. Voila! It loaded and I was able to log in. Perhaps Safari gets called on even when it isn’t my default browser.
