Trouble signing into iTunes 9.2.1

I am trying to sign into iTunes 9.2.1 for Windows PC. I get error 11111 when I try to sign in. Is there a way to sign in or is it not possible anymore?

No longer possible. You need at least iTunes 12.7.2.58 (or 12.6.5.3/12.6.4.3) to sign into the iTunes Store running on at least iTunes 7.
