Can't organise apps on App Library in iPhone 15 Pro

Hi,

I have an iPhone 15 Pro. When I keep swiping right, I reach a page which has App Library written in a search bar and several sections, each containing groups of apps. The apps are supposed to be organised according to the theme of the section e.g. one section is called Social, another called Productivity & Finance.

I have downloaded some new apps and these have not been placed in the correct section. So I am manually trying to move them from one section to the other.

I select the app I want to move and hold it for a couple of seconds. All the apps' icons start shaking and they have a grey cross sign in the top right hand corner. At this point, you would think you can just drag and drop the app from the wrong section it is currently in to the right one.

However, whilst I am able to drag the app, I can't subsequently drop it in the correct section. If I move it to that section and let go, it doesn't just "drop" in.

Do you know what the problem is/how to do this correctly?
