Ventura 13.6.3 Problem with Screen mirroring at login

After I update my Mac to Ventura 13.6.3 from 13.6.1 My Mac was absolutely slow. Then I noticed that screen mirroring option I showing up on my top bar. I tried to disable it but in System Settings - Display options there was no more the available options for arrangement, display resolutions etc. I tried NVRAM Reset then Safe mode boot and First Aid on SSD. This doesn't hep, but now my resolution was decreased even more. Any suggestions ?
