I was promised 30day free trial and charged same day.Apple rejected my refund request what can I do?

I thought I was signing up for MyFitnessPal 30 day free trial. I selected the first option which was 79.99 and it stated they would not charge me and listed the date the charge would go through.Satisfied I confirmed. I checked my bank account a few hours later and saw that the full amount was pending at that point. I reached out to apple and they have rejecteD my claim. Now the payment is processed. I feel this is theft. They lied to me about free trial and then say this product isn’t available for refund? I resubmitted a rebuttal with details.
