Find me not tracking

I used to be able to track my daughter as she drove home. I could see her move on the roads. The last two times I’ve looked now it just stays still and I can’t track her any longer.

Find My is tracking a device but not the person I’ve been a bit stumped by this. We have a family subscription with four people. On Find My everyone’s devices appear correctly, but in the friends map view my daughter never leaves home! In her settings it’s set to use her phone for location, we’ve tried rebooting, turning Find My off and on, logging out of ICloud and back in, but the problem remains: her phone tracks correctly but not her location. If anyone has any ideas they would be appreciated.
