IDiskk issue

Download of photos from iPhone onto the IDiskk flash drive was super easy. But it ended there. Can’t view them on my new tv as the max

for a flash drive is 16g

and mine is 64g. Ok so I try my laptop and still can’t open the photos . Please help !

The USB stick has a USB-C head so I plug it directly into my iPad Pro (2018) and open the Files app. However, the files app just shows the loading symbol continuously.
