HomeKit can’t find Eve Energy devices
Bought 3 Eve Energy smart plugs (4th gen) in late Nov 2023 (2 at Apple Store, 1 at Amazon). Also have Eve Flare. In late December and now in early February, all Eve devices suddenly become unresponsive in HomeKit and Eve app. I have updated IOS and Eve app. Also reset and deleted/added accessories (which worked in Dec. but hasn’t worked this time ‘round). Also restarted iPhone and Apple TV 4K hub. Nothing helps.
Any similar issues? Any solutions? Eve support is painfully slow: one business day turnaround (in December, this happened on a Thursday. Got a response Friday and didn’t get a second reply till Monday.
