Family Sharing & App Limits

I have four kids who are all set up as "children" within our Family Sharing settings. I am the organizer of the family. When I create Screen Time limits for each child by going into each profile separately do the App Limits apply for that one child or does the time used within that category cummulate for all the children toward the app limit?

Example: If I set an App Limit for ONE HOUR for Entertainment (category) does each child get one hour OR is every device blocked once the one hour limit has been reached (regardless of which child used the time)?

My intention was to set one hour per child. The limit is to monitor their individual use (not an aggregate of the family usage)
