My Mac and iPhone ask me to reset my Apple password once a week. This has been happening since we hit 2024. I reset it the first time, but it continues to ask me each week.

That's odd.
Mine asks me about weekly to sign in again (re-enter the existing password).
But I always read that as Apple hustling me to turn on Two-factor authentication, which is becoming harder to avoid.
I was worried it asked me to reset because it detected unusual activity, but the odds of that happening every week are slim. Guessing it's a software update glitch.
