i have mac pro A1289 . It’s not booting up.
after pressing the power button the white power light continuously blinks.
i replaced the ram and checked in every ram slot but issue still exists, replaced the CMOS battery, still same
need support.
A1289 looks up to Mac Pro 2009 through 2012.
continually blinks says, "I don't see no RAM"
'small number of blinks, pause, small number of blinks' is something different.
four slots on each side, one or two sides.

Hi, even I tried multiple ram,
i also checked the cpu board with another pc. It’s working fine.
i am not sure, but maybe main board is faulty,
does it cause of faulty pwer supply,
if you have any experience please guide.

fans on, and power light blinking says voltages are all OK, main processor started, found a problem, and is blinking the power indicator at you.
The "approved method" for debugging is to remove everything in a slot -- all drives, all DVD readers, the graphic card, all PCIe slot cards. install NO RAM and you get the blinking power light that says processor ok, but no RAM.
Next, install one DIMM and you should get something different.
Don't try to mix DIMMs Over 16GB/DIMM (Registered DIMMs) with smaller ones -- nothing will work if you do.
is this a dual or signal chip, and what model-year?
