Issues with Shortcuts and Homekit

hello everyone i need your helps

lastly i bought a smart infera red universal remote device,

this device disupport homekit but this device have an application named "smartlife" and this app support in shortcuts.

my problem start when im trying to make a shortcut to use the command "siri, turn off/on the TV" she always says that she is not find the TV device in my homekit?

someone hava any solution for me please??

btw im insisting to use the command "siri, turn off/on the TV" :)
