HomeKit Home App Sunrise/Sunset automation not working

Have lights that turn on at sunset with home app on iPhone automatically. Seems sunrise setting isn’t working til about a few hours later or if I click on good morning setting . How can I get this to work at sunrise to turn off lights?

auto light/dark mode not working (sunset to sunrise) Recently i noticed that dark mode (not night shift) didn’t turn on even after 2 hours after sunset. I decided to turn off and on again the “Automatic” switch (Settings > Display & Brightness) and then dark mode finally turned on. HomeKit Turn On Settings HomeKit has the option to turn the lights on when you get home. Is it possible to have them do so but only if it’s within an hour or so of sunset? Basically, don’t want them to do so if it’s bright outside, as there’s no reason but would be cool to have if it’s dark out.
