Added email account offline across all Apple devices

My added business email via the mail app is not working across all my apple platforms but my normal cloud mail works.

I reached out to my domain service provider and they said it’s nothing they can do on their side and it’s an Apple software problem. I’ve tried rebooting, system updates, deleting account and redoing but it doesn’t work. Any solutions?
