Finder issue will not allow me to open premiere project HELP!

This message appears every time I try and open a Premiere Pro project. It started doing this on Monday. I spent an hour and half on the phone with Adobe yesterday, and did troubleshooting. It is not an Adobe issue. Adobe suggest a Finder issue.

Mac Pro, macOS 11.6

I don't have or use Adobe products, but I would

1) Go to Apple > Force Quit > and look for a Failed Process.

2) Then from Apple > Force Quit > Relaunch Finder to see if that helps.

3) Open up the Activity Monitor and look for a High CPU task or a Failed Process.

Then you need to provide more detailed information,

the make and year model of the Mac.

the installed OS X/macOS version.

the current Premiere Pro version.
