Unable to type in browser's "comment box" in Older Macs

I want to post the solution to comment boxes not opening for older Mac books. Found out first hand that using Firefox is the fix. You have to change security setting to accept apps other than apple, and load Firefox and your good to go. At least it worked for me as one other person also said on this community.
