Apple TV cannot load music library from Windows 11

apple tv enter computer recognizes my library name, but can not access library.

Verified both apple tv and my window 11 computer are on the same network

both apple tv and itunes have home sharing turned on.

have reset apple tv and reset router.

My windows 11 computer is attached to the router over ethernet.

My apple tv is connected to the router via WiFi

this as work for years, but now will not. All software is updated.

Please help
