MacPro - MacOs not installable

Mac Pro 7.1, Mac Book Air m2 - MacOs not installable - use time from Friday to Wednesday.

Dear Apple Team,

Network Recovery don't work cause Lan-Cable is plugged in
Network Recovery don't work cause Wlan-Password need to get entered in a fully iCloud Work Flow
Network Recovery break after Enter Password more as once
Hardware Recovery (USB - Stick from MacOS) don't work - cause installation break with update error
Hardware Recovery (USB - Stick from MACOS) fail on different external Hard drivers
MacOS can not get installed from an other Mac / from Recovery cause Installation breaks.
MacOS can get with Recovery Partition deleted.
