My ProMac won't print on the wireless printer

When I try to print on my Pro Mac it won't print the print center reads, It's fail and Idle.

I went through all the steps, updated the software, added the printer to my Mac, and checked the WiFi connection both are on the same WiFi.

it still won't print. The printer will print off my iPhone, my HP desktop, and my Ipad.
