Return box
Yes. I bought a new computer and I was supposed to receive a box to return my old computer and I never received that box. Can you resend one to me. Thanks
1) The trade in box comes from a different location than the new Mac.
2) This is Apple's user to user forum and Apple will not hear your request in these forums.
If you did not receive a trade in box, then you need to contact Apple Support.
