I am not computer savvy but need protection on my computer from viruses or infected files. I haven't see a pop up like this in a long time.

A pop up just appeared on my screen saying I have an infected file "Search Manager. dmg and asked to to launch Clean My Mac. Is Clean My Mac safe to use? Should I be concerned?
