After installing an additional work account, it asked to change the code-password for unblock screen , but numbers + letters. After the change, now I can't change only for numbers and to turn it off at all, the button has become inactive.

You'll need to reach out to your company administrators about this. They likely won't change the policy, but if you would like to revert, you will likely have to remove the work account.
