I have a Greek/English Magic Keyboard. It isn’t changing between the two when I try to change with the FN key. Can anyone
help please

Please tell us what you have on the list in system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > input sources.
Also see this info for the options for switching keyboards, which can be Fn/globe, caps lock, or Control Space.
