i24 stopped working on Apple TV

A few days ago, it suddenly started asking for my id and password when I tried connecting through my Apple TV, but doesn't accept them.

Using a subscription as started in an app on an Apple device, may need confirmation for use on other Apple devices. For apps that follow Apple’s guidelines, such use would be confirmed by choosing the Restore Purchases option, instead of signing in with an Apple ID account. (Regular Sign In is for accounts from a content provider directly; i.e. not through Apple.)

"LIVE" streaming seems to be working for us here in NY this morning too. However, as of an hour ago, "LIVE" was streaming old news....IE, recorded....not "LIVE"....

However, we are NOT getting failed login attempts like before....so, progress I presume....

I’m having exactly the same problem. I24 no longer works on Apple TV but works on web browsers.

When I try to use the contact form I get the following message:

An error occured, please retry in a few moment. We are trying our best to solve the issue.

Same issue Apple TV app won’t allow us to access i24 this week. Frustrating

I24 News is not working on my Apple TV.

i24 is working for me this morning at 9AM EDT......it has been stable since they fixed it in April.
