Chrome search results are all on left side and small

I was trying to screenshot something on my MacBook and when I pressed shift command -5 my Chrome search results all became small and shifted toward the left side.

Shift-Command-3 and Shift-Command-4 are for Screenshots.

Shift-Command-5 is for Screen Recording.

If Shift-Command-5 is doing something else, then you need to double check your Keyboard shortcuts.
