How do I change the password to my App Store Apple ID?

My wife’s phone has two different Apple IDs on it. Her normal signing in Apple ID is OK and the App Store ID is her old ID and I cannot find anywhere to change it if I change the password to this Apple ID it actually changes the password to the other ID, please help
