My purchase was cancelled and I didn’t got an email from Apple

I made a purchase and everything was fine until a few days later I checked my order number on the website and it appeared that my purchase had been cancelled. I did not receive an email from Apple notifying me of this, how can I contact them or receive an email notifying me of the cancellation so that my bank can refund my money?

If you have more than than one email address, did you check the one associated with your Apple ID?


Do you live outside the US but ordered from the US online store? That will cause a cancellation due to U.S. Export of Technology regulations. Did you try to use a freight forwarder?


If you received any emails regarding the order—say, an initial conformation—there is a section at the bottom of the message showing how to deal with questions about your order. Otherwise, you will ahve tn call Apple with your order number in hand.
