Brand new iPhone is very slow and settings are being changed ?

Can anyone please have a look at attached photos and tell me if it’s normal this settings are keep coming in history but I never ever turned or changed this settings personally .

I never opened the accessibility on my phone and it keeps showing me this options for rotors voice over and braille , I turned of this options in accessibility 2 times but they are keep coming back and changes to this attached setting. Can please someone tell me if it’s normal ?
