Printer Offline
My printer was printing fine but now it says printer is offline and won't print. I have unplugged it and plugged it in again but that didn't fix the problem?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2
What year model Mac..?
What brand and model is the printer..?
Are you using AirPrint via your Wi-Fi network or a USB connection..?
If AirPrint, do other computers and/or your smart phones see the printer on your network..?
Try reseting the Mac's printing system and then re-adding the printer,
as per > Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support
If the printer can not be seen by the Mac or other AirPrint devices, visit the manufactures troubleshooting guide.
